Drug-Related Emergency Department Visits Involving Synthetic Cannabinoids

“As synthetic cannabinoids have become more available, the number of (hospital emergency department) visits involving synthetic cannabinoids has increased… Because it is difficult to regulate these products that are easily available online, synthetic cannabinoids may be more accessible to young people than marijuana.”
